说说帖照片。。。

大眼睛一号头脑向来很清楚，但有时PG会坐错地方。当然是否“坐错”可以置疑，
我主要想说的是，头脑明白而PG错误，是客观存在的现象，我也一样，谁都一样。

不过大眼睛一号也承认是有人“钻了空子”，做了没有底线令人不耻的事，这后半
句是我加的。

如果我受到像土豆姐那样的对待，我肯定把白菜告上法庭。从逻辑上讲，问题并不
在于照片有没有版权，而在于她拿别人的照片做了什么。

另外白菜确实违法了，因为这不是第一次，所以不存在“重新发个声明”这个前提。

其实大眼睛一号转的这段文字末尾也讲得很清楚了：

 Assume that Online Content is Protected by Copyright

To start your research, you should assume that all online images are protected
by copyright. Then do your research to determine if the image you want to
use actually requires permission. For example, images and photographs in
the public domain do not require permission. Is there a Creative Commons
license attached to the image or photograph that permits limited or unlimited
use of that image without communicating with the copyright owner? Are there
terms of use attached to the image or photograph? If so, read the terms
of use or copyright information to see whether the illustrator or photographer
allows you to use the image or photo for certain purposes without obtaining
permission from him. If you do not see such permission clearly indicated,
then you need to obtain permission before using the image or photo.

尽管这是对CC license而言的，但文中已经提到“to see whether the illustrator
or photographer allows you to use the image or photo for certain purposes”。

鉴于白菜不止一次拿别人母亲的照片来侮辱，而且受到当事人白纸黑字的谴责（不
止一人有备案。），这等于声明再这样随意考备别人母亲的照片本身就是违法的，
更不要说“to use the image or photo for certain purposes”了。

白菜把美国当成中国了，一点法治观念都没有，我早就说过了，总有一天她连房子
都可能输掉。

白菜总以为自己在玩别人，其实你那两下子差太远了，因为你自己总得陪进去满地
打滚，所以只能说你把自己玩惨了，以骗自己为聪明的人，我还真没见过，实在不
值得。

没我啥事啊，都别咬我。还有王地主，你给我住嘴。

大眼睛一号和土豆姐，实在没有必要为了白菜伤了和气，白菜自有跟着白菜转的傻
瓜们伺候着。
