不小心買了把十八世紀末乾隆嘉慶時期的英國珍珠瓷青花印花茶壺，是比New Hall還早一點的Samuel Hollins 廠家生產的瓷器。美中不足的是，壺嘴兒有一點缺失。

• This pearlware teapot was made by Samuel Hollins circa 1785-1790, and bears the Hollins leaf mark on the base. It also bears a label from the Geoffrey Fisk collection on the base. It has a nicely moulded handle and spout, it is decorated with a blue transfer print of the Early Rock pattern and enriched with gilding.

瓷經上說，豪林斯是牛嚎瓷器的奠基人和合伙人之一，他最活潑的年代是1784-1813年。除了生產青花印花瓷器之外，他還生產類似於紫砂壺的紅土瓷器。

• Samuel Hollins, a maker of fine red-ware tea-pots, etc. (from the clay at Bradwell previously worked by the brothers Elers) at Shelton, was the son of Mr. Hollins of the Upper Green, Hanley. He was an excellent practical potter who made many improvements in his art. He was afterwards one of the partners of the New Hall China Works. His successors in the Hollins manufactory were his sons, trading as Messrs. T. & J. Hollins during the 1795 – 1820 period. 

青花瓷器帶的底款是樹葉款，紅土瓷器多帶鑲嵌底款：S HOLLINS，一般人都不會看錯。
