果然不出爪哥所料，萬眾矚目的川習峰會之後，老川老習哥倆兒好，老川翻臉不認人，應該說，翻臉不認狗，直接把為美帝充當走狗的荷蘭道德婊 throw under the bus。見歐洲權威媒體報道：

Essentially, the Dutch got played by their American “allies”. They did Trump’s dirty work in seizing Nexperia and potentially disrupting the entire European automotive sector, supporting Trump in his attempts to strong arm Beijing into a favorable deal, only to be left out of the truce signed by him with the Chinese.

Nexperia’s Chinese owner demands the ousted CEO to be reinstated before chip export will resume.

Amsterdam now has to make a decision: negotiate its own truce with China or stand firm on the previous decision.

根據行業慣例，荷蘭總部需要跟歐美客戶簽訂長期供應合同，如今成品芯片和稀土原材料被卡在中國，若是不能按時交貨的話，荷蘭人需要向歐美客戶進行賠償，僅僅第一筆賠償就有3億多歐元，還不算後期供貨終止賠償。
所以這一次荷蘭人確實把自己玩死了，圓晶產能在德國，英國，封裝在中國，原材料在中國，留給荷蘭人的只有一個總部會議室，和幾個破銷售房間。
如果中方持續斷供，那2000多個荷蘭人只能自己掏錢賠償歐美客戶（市場規模19.1%），初步估算賠償損失可能在10億--40億歐元之間。那些荷蘭銷售員，高管，員工可能將全部失業。
反觀中國雖然失去了一個荷蘭辦公室，但產能還在，國內客戶規模高達（48.9%）,另起爐灶的話足以重新崛起。
唯一的損失就是，可能歐美市場可能會丟掉（客戶認證需要數年時間。）
