        Abhorring green-blue north and blue-green south.

        Our chiefest dome a demoiselle of gold.

        Pierce the interior with pouring shafts,

        In diverse chambers.

        Pierce, too, with buttresses of coral air

        And purple timbers,

        Various argentines,

        Embossings of the sky.

                我们该怎样打磨太阳,

                切割成块，

                建造红色宫殿？

                如何雕饰紫罗兰色月光

                嵌入切口？

                来修复东西方的门户，

                摈弃绿蓝色北方与蓝绿色南方。

                首要穹顶如金色少女。

                用光轴穿过内部，

                遍及各个房间。

                也靠粉红色空气助力

                还有紫色木材，

                各种银色工料。

                天空的浮雕。

【注】今天曼哈顿“弓岛”金融区天高云淡，因此我临时起意登上位于松树街70号64层的楼顶酒吧阳台，高空欣赏城市美貌。与其它观景台不同，三五成群的来客大多是为了共享岁月静好，而我则打着品酒的幌子独赏都会风情。
