America is a paradise for children, but the battle field for mid age adults, and the grave yard for seniors. I learned this when I arrived in 23 years ago. Dr. He didn't pay attention to the details of such sensitive factor and didn't prepare to help his daughter to cope with the real changes. It appears to be quite hard for the little girl who has to adapt the Chinese life from America. Remember my 12 old boy went to China with me during summer last year, I let him join the local middle school for 2 weeks. He found that after 3:30 pm, he is the only student leaving the school, all the others were still learning extra classes until 5:30 pm. And, in weekends kids there have different classes to take too, only Sunday afternoon is the entertainment time. And, the competition among kids are lot more oreinted than USA. This is too much for our ABC kids. This is why little He May is in trouble I guess, I feel so sorry for her. And, she really needs some help.
