there are at least two folds for a seller to hope the de-valuation of its currency:

1. devaluation kills competitors. the first round effect of devaluation causes direct money losing, but the next round brings in more money because of much larger sales

2. devaluation of its own curency means a-valuation of the buyes currency, which is exactly what flowing into the seller's pocket and stays there for a while until a purchase


so, a seller wants its currency de-valuated!!!
