True, no one loves Joe Biden. But the November 3rd presidential election was not really about Joe Biden. To America’s silent majority, it was all about the Coronavirus. Trump had a Coronavirus referendum on himself. He knew it. He just hated to bring it up on his campaign trail. Like it or not, Trump was Don Quixote. Joe Biden? The windmill. Don Trump had all the action. Windmill Joe couldn’t care less.
Trump’s pandemic trouble began with his tweet dated January 24, 2020, one day after the Wuhan lockdown and nine days after the signing of a China trade deal in the White House. The following are his words:
“China has been working very hard to contain the Coronavirus. The United States greatly appreciates their efforts and transparency. It will all work out well. In particular, on behalf of the American People, I want to thank President Xi!”
Trump knew too little about the CCP. His intelligence on the Wuhan virus left too much to be desired. Unaware of the lurking pandemic while in a self-congratulatory mood, Trump went on to sing kumbaya to Xi in his January 24th tweet. He had no idea that he was kidding himself. That’s why he should have himself to blame. His political fortune—or misfortune—is nothing when compared to all the lives and livelihoods his fellow citizens lost during the pandemic.
Trump needs no one to remind him that the CCP virus has done him in.
All is not lost, though. American people, to their credit, have the good sense to keep the check-and-balance system in place. As a consequence, the blue wave has been downgraded to a blue ripple. No radical leftists can upset the American applecart at this time.
Meanwhile, Trump has every citizen’s right to exhaust every legal avenue open to him in pursuing his case against the election results. This is America.
As for Joe Biden, if and when he takes the oath of office as our 46th President, he would instantly make a weak president. The Bible cover would be tainted by his sweaty palm. The political ground under his feet would be shaky. No way he could escape from being hounded as a person of interest in the Hunter Biden case. He probably could still hang in there as an under-achiever going forward. But his endgame? Not good. Here is why: Whitewashing has definitely become a high crime since Richard Nixon.
