Rai 01-09 Why Donald Trump Insists on Taking a Stand against the Election Fraud with “Distrust but Verify”? (1)

The Jan. 6^th Committee’s fourth hearing has extended to “that state officials recount resisting Trump’s pressure to overturn election” and “highlighted the pressure that state officials faced to overturn the election results.” These pressures seem to be in consequence of the distrust of the fake or bourgeois’ democracy.  

The fake system of democracy has reigned more than two-hundred years in the U.S. without successfully electing even one Marxist-Leninist socialist official. Anyone who cannot contribute wholeheartedly to enforce obedience upon people and to consolidate the power of and for the Almighty capital has been depoliticized to such an extent that he or she becomes relegated de facto. 

The comradely guarded but nonetheless fraudulent democratic system is so intimately protected against any and all fair-minded criticisms that none of its political elites touches upon anything remotely related to capital, capitalist and capitalism. If mentioned rarely somewhere in the open, they couldn’t always praise corpocracy or capocracy (or bossocracy) enough. 

Its sacrosanct two-party system has schemed to falsify for power for so long that some voters become gullible under its overbearing weight. They don’t know these two parties are as if two fake wrestlers and took turns to win in order to satisfy the gullible viewer-voters with a sense of excitement as well as to get valuable entertainment on political shows hence to continue to enlist their seemingly unfailing support of capocracy, while their backstage boss laughs all the way to the bank. Contrary to what the establishment tries hard to hide or turn a blind eye, the fact is fewer voters consider their votes made any difference one way or the other under the fake democracy until Donald Trump came along.   

Being a capitalist, he did not need to engage in legal corruption to enrich himself or his family, in contrast with the establishment, elected, self-appointed or inherent. Needless to say, he knew very well what and how the establishment was up to no good, of which election fraud is but a tad. 

The working poor while lacking Donald Trump’s overall insight about the corrupt establishment, nonetheless, have gained from everyday lives down-to-earth experiences that the establishment have lied to them about true nature of so-called American democracy, under which the richest hence most powerful one percent has flourished but the bottom ninety percent or more suffered. 

Confined to such a capocracy that economic exploitations and political oppressions prevail against the working people day in and day out, do we need to count votes in order to discomfit the election fraud? Any election that the establishment tops off will be a compelling but evidently bogus narrative. Donald Trump insists on such a distrust but for the gullible establishment-fellow-travelers he drove the stakes of fraudulence home for people or practiced what I call the “distrust but verify” tactics. The obvious but formal, nonetheless, election results would reflect the majority of people’s decisions, opinions and voices or, simply put, working poor’s interests. Any of the general election results in opposition to their interests must be false and questionable. Donald Trump and his voter-supporters’ protests against such unfair elections that foist into voters to accept are henceforth legitimate. 

So much for democracy.

 The Russia-Ukraine War broke out on February 24^th; exactly four months later a cultural-political war on abortion rights between the judicial system and the society erupted. The U.S. Supreme Court denied the rights on the grounds that the Constitution had no such an item or it’s neutral on the issue of abortion so must be the court. 

Why then the right to abortion was established by one ruling a half century ago, reaffirmed by another thirty years ago, the court considered the abortion rights legitimate but, alas, fifty years later it has changed its mind? 

We have to remember that the Western capitalist politic-economic situations a generation and more years ago were much revitalizing than they are today. More people living in that era than today looked forward to a livelihood much better and improved than their parents’. They could and wanted to have more children without worrying about the financial burden. Abortion rights were then considered legal rights protecting mainly the working poor girls and women who couldn’t afford to bear more via unwanted pregnancy. This turned out to capital’s advantage that there would be fewer poor workers’ children needing poverty relief and more middle-class worker’s children that were capable of self-sustaining and eventually fill the future rank and file as grown-ups. 

Today, half a century later, the abortion rate has declined while the abortion pills pick up in popularity to such an extent that the previous legal abortion policy no longer serves the bottom-line purpose of capital. The judicial branch, as much as the other two branches, serves as one of the three major flunkies of capital which wants to maintain a healthy reserve of workers for the future, the trend of the popular abortion movement has to stop, resulting in the reversal of the abortion rights. In a similar vein, capital wants to admit illegal immigrants to the waged labor market so as to drive down wages in order to make super profits.

Donald Trump detested both of the capital’s schemes. But his nominations of three new justices all suffered pro-abortionist backlash. Capital remains to be the powers-that-be and wants to have it both ways.

 On the 28^th of June, 2022, the Jan.6^th Committee launched its surprise hearing by means of testimony from Cassidy Hutchinson, a former top aide to Mark Meadows, Donald Trump’s former chief of staff. She said, among other things: 

‘They are not here to hurt me.’ Trump encouraged an ‘armed mob’ to go to Capitol Hill. And Trump refused to call off the ‘mob’. [See:https://www.nytimes.com/live/2022/06/28/us/jan-6-hearing-today ]

The Jan. 6^th Committee was wrong again – this time it denigrated a revolutionary militia force that succeeded in opposition to the establishment or, what’s the same, the bourgeois dictatorial governance. They are not an armed mob as the establishment and its established political hacks – the Committee members tried to put down, rather they are fierce but reasonably well-organized and well-disciplined anti-establishment insurgents. As Chairman Mao taught us: “Rebelling against the reactionaries is justified.” Donald Trump who has been proud of being its leader must be praised not condemned for violence. Karl Marx taught us: “Violence is the midwife of every old society pregnant with a new one.” A new U.S. society or any other new one in which capital will be forced to hand over power to the working class need slowly but surely her kind assistance. The pro-Trump lawyer John Eastman correctly reviewed people’s democratic revolution by saying: “There’s been violence in the history of our country to protect the democracy or protect the Republic” on which Donald Trump certainly couldn’t agree more with him. Of course, preachers of truth aren’t immune against attack from fake democracy; in fact, they are more often than not sorely oppressed – F.B.I. agents in New Mexico, acting on behalf of the Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General, stopped Mr. Eastman as he was leaving a restaurant last Wednesday and seized his iPhone; the establishment wastes no time to prepare a counterrevolutionary show trial - a trial held for show; the guilt of the accused person has been decided in advance - of Donald Trump. 

The heavily distrusted and corrupt force in power will suffer its usual destiny of defeat as people cannot tolerate the fake democracy for long. [Mark Wain 06-29-2022]
