very tasty!

1. 4.5 lbs live clams,
2. 1/2 cup slice ginger,
3, 2 tbsp of garlic,
4, 3 tbsp of leak,
5, 6 hot red peppers
6, 2 tbsp cooking wine,
7, 1tsp dark soysauce, 2 tsp light soysauce, 1 tbsp satey sauce,
8, 6 bay leaves,
9, few Cilentro, half red onion
10, a pinch seasalt and white pepper, 1 tbsp sesame oil and 2 tbsp of olive oil.

mixed and stired for few minutes. very yummy!
