Government constructing 73 roads along India-China border

　　NEW DELHI: Altogether 73 roads having operational significance along Indo-China border will be constructed by 2020, Lok Sabha was informed today.
　　印度人民院今天被告知，到2020年印度將沿着中印邊界修建73條公路。
　　Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju said the out of these 73 roads, 46 roads are being constructed by Ministry of Defence and 27 roads by Ministry of Home Affairs.
　　印度內政國務部長基倫•里吉朱（Kiren Rijiju）表示，73條公路中，有46條正由印度國防部負責修建，其他27條由內政部負責修建。
　　“Out of 73 roads, 24 roads have been completed. The project is likely to be completed by the year 2020,” he said.
　　他說，73條公路中，有24條公路已經竣工。全部公路可能到2020年完工。
　　The proposal was expected to be completed in the year 2012-13 but the executive agencies have not adhered to the time schedule due to very high altitude and mountainous, rugged and difficult terrain.
　　據報道，印度原本計劃在2012年至2013年之間就完成這些公路的修建工作，但由於中印邊界地區海拔高和地面崎嶇等因素，執行機構沒能按原計劃時間完成任務。
