how many divisions they have? Did all the divisions lose money? If all divisions lose money, did all subgroups within those divisions lose money? Did all the individual trader lose money? If all the individual traders have lost money, did anyone beat the S&P or any relevant index of the product that he was working on? The question list can go on and on... I don't even want to mention the compensation structure of most financial professionals is different the rest of the country.
