American has a population triangle. It is upside down. Baby boomer have most of the house. And they will have to sell their house to fund the retirement.
That means they will have to sell their expensive house to the younger generations. And the younger people done have shit to buy. The housing market is dead. Even if we have hyperinflation it still won't save housing market. Look farther. |
