1. Defrost
2. Rinse. Wipe dry. 3. Recipe: for a 20 lb turkey 3.5 T salt 7T soy sauce 2T sugar 2t black pepper some garlic Mix everything. Brush it inside and outside of the turkey. Marinate for 1 day. 4. Preheat oven 450F. Put a container of water on the bottom of the oven. 5. Put some chopped onion & celery inside the turkey's belly. 6. Brush some oil all over the turkey. Wrap the turkey drumsticks with aluminum foil and cover the turkey breast with some too. Bake until golden brown, brush some oil again and bake at 350F for another 20 min. Very, very juicy and delicious! Very Chinese flavor as well! |
