1。 料:Chicken tenders or 普通的check breast, parmesan cheese, meat seasoning or just use salt and pepper instead, egg, milk, olive oil or vegetable oil
2. Mix milk, egg and salt pepper or seasoning. For 1磅的chicken, use 1 egg, half of cup of milk and one teaspoon of seasoning. Add chicken tenders into and sit room temperature for about 15 minutes. If use regular chicken breast, cut the chicken into smaller pieces.
