Concise Incident Statement

Date: September 14, 2025

For the past three years I have been swimming daily at this public pool. Recently I noticed a young man who appears frequently whenever I am here. He wears a colorful swim cap and at first I did not pay attention, but over time I began to feel that he was watching me.

To avoid him I changed my usual swimming time from noon to about 3:00 p.m. at first this worked, but within a few days I found him sitting in the lobby as if waiting, and then he began to change his schedule to match mine. His repeated presence at the same times has made me uncomfortable and concerned for my personal safety.

I am documenting this incident and request that pool management monitor the situation, check any available CCTV for the relevant time periods, and advise me on next steps. I would also like to know whether staff can increase their attention to the lobby and changing room areas during my visits.
