如果不能消除俄羅斯人侵略擴張的民族文化性格，如果俄羅斯不能實現真正的自由民主及形成現代文明價值觀，如果不能解除俄羅斯的龐大核武器庫，即使普京倒台，還有可能出現下一個普京，繼續威脅人類的安全、和平與國際法治。納粹德國被成功消滅，軍國主義日本被成功消滅，是因為正義的力量在消滅野蠻暴力之後，幫助他們建立真正的自由民主制度及現代文明價值觀。

三、徹底解決“白皮韃靼人”俄羅斯對人類文明的威脅

The death of Socrates, the death of Jesus, is a repetition of this tragedy. As a thinker, I sometimes wonder, before I die, can that little spark of my wisdom shed light on humanity? Or let me die?
