不記得什麼時候開始，光腚皇上金口玉言親自指揮，說金山銀山是綠水青山了。網上查一查，結果如下：

• 綠水青山就是金山銀山（又稱兩山理論、兩山論），是現任中共中央總書記習近平任職中共浙江省委書記時，於2005年8月15日在浙江省湖州市安吉縣余村考察調研時提出的理論，調研余村9天之後，習近平以筆名“哲欣”在《浙江日報》頭版《之江新語》欄目中發表《綠水青山也是金山銀山》短評，文中指出：綠水青山可帶來金山銀山，但金山銀山卻買不到綠水青山。綠水青山與金山銀山既會產生矛盾，又可辯證統一。兩山論是指導中國大陸生態文明建設的主要理論，也為習近平任職中央後提出的系統性的生態文明建設理論立下了基礎，為中國大陸邁向生態市場經濟提供了理論支持，為中國大陸供給側結構性改革開拓新空間、提供新思路，為實現城鄉兩元文明共生、城鄉均衡發展的中國特色城鎮化模式提供了新的解決方桉。2017年10月18日，該理論寫入中共十九大報告，此舉以示他對環保工作的支持。該理論可以被認為是習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想中生態文明思想的重要內容。

想一想這可又是科盲小學生光腚治國若烹小鮮的另外一項發明了。先查一查綠水青山的出處，最早是在王自在的唐詩《俠客行》中出現：青山不改色，綠水長流河。古道依舊在，風雲不嫌多。然後就成了江湖用語了，例如在羅貫中的《叄國演義》第六十四回中，惶惶如喪家之犬的劉備劉皇叔，對前來獻西川地圖的張松就說到：青山不老，綠水長存。他日事成，必當後報。

到了金庸的武打小說裡面，就給用濫了。動不動就青山不改，綠水長流了。

其實對綠水青山用得最多，也廣為人知的例子，應該是老畢養的《送瘟神》了：

俗話說，月下看美人，距離產生美感。那麼科學意義上的青山什麼意思呢？

• Distant mountains naturally tend to look bluish, you know. Australia's Blue Mountains and the Blue Ridge Mountains of the eastern U.S. weren't named at random. As the space between you and your favorite mountain widens, the latter gets bluer and fainter until - finally - it disappears from sight. That's why when we look at mountains far off in the distance, they appear to look blue.

The Blue Ridge Mountains are perceived as shades of blue due to a common chemical released by the native trees that scatters blue light from the sun.

• The light from the sun is made up of all the colors of the rainbow. By the time the sun’s rays reach the earth, they’re scattered. The wavelength of each color is different, and because blue has shorter and smaller waves, they’re the easiest for the receptors in our eyes to detect.

• Our eyes can pick up a range of colors within certain wavelengths. Each color has a different wavelength. Blues have much shorter and smaller wavelengths that happen to be easier for our eyes to detect. So, the Blue Ridge Mountains appear blue from a distance to the human eye because the haze scatters light from the sun — and our eyes pick up those beautiful blue waves!

這就是傳說中的所謂的遠即美了。而對於綠水的英文解釋，則有下面的實例：

• Green water (or Pea Soup) is caused by an algal bloom suspended in the aquarium water. There are several factors that can cause excessive growth of algae and although a Green Away treatment will remove algae the causative factors must be addressed to prevent further outbreaks.

• The most immediate threat of green water is oxygen depletion. Green water is a free-floating algae bloom and algae takes up oxygen just like any other plant. Creating surface agitation in the aquarium can easily increase oxygen levels. Adjusting the filter return to increase surface water movement will increase available oxygen in the tank. Further, the tank temperature can be lowered a few degrees increasing the water’s capacity to hold oxygen.

2016年巴西奧運會游泳池綠水的故事，已經成了國際的笑話：

在美國國家環保局的網站上，對綠水的危害，有如下的解釋和警告：

原來綠水，只是禍水。而青山，則是遠山，是畫餅充飢。所謂的綠水青山，在科學和邏輯學上都是不通的。正確的用法，應該是青水綠山或者清水綠山。可是因為大國的老祖宗們不懂科學，只會打誑語，才將錯就錯。例如在宋代釋普濟《五燈會元》卷十《靈隱清聳禪師》中就記載說：問：牛頭未見四祖時如何？師曰：青山綠水。曰：見後如何？師曰：綠水青山。

既然光腚認為綠水青山就是金山銀山。所以在大國，不僅水是綠的，山也都是綠的。就連隔壁老薄，也是綠的。有道是：

在這寂寞的國度里：

遠看山有色（青山）- 正如月下看美人，連母豬都成了嫦娥。

近聽水無聲（綠水）- 到處是一潭死水，綠藻不夠再加油漆。

春去畫還在（畫餅）- 光腚做粱家河夢，起步於邯鄲和正定。

人來鳥不驚 (死鳥) - 別說兔子不拉屎，就連鳥也不會拉屎。
