—Trump’s Spirit of “Strive Unceasingly, Uphold Virtue to Bear All Things”!

There’s no need to watch Trump’s speech at the Riyadh Forum to know where his vision of a new world order will lead humanity!

However, don’t expect to understand this without thinking, using ready-made political-economic philosophies—whether it’s the omnipresent “Keynesian economics beast,” the endlessly verbose yet impractical Austrian school’s “wise old man,” or the mainstream economics “grandmaster” dominating university classrooms and various media. None of these can fully encapsulate the practical essence of Trump’s MAGA economics!

As I’ve said before, “With the heart of a fool, the wisdom of a saint, and the courage of a knight, Trump has opened a new chapter for world peace and the restructuring of globalization.” (January 20, 2021, Altitude Weekly, four full pages)

Today, as the president of the world’s most influential nation, everything Trump does simply proclaims and conveys this: the Creator has endowed every individual, every family, every community, every nation, and the international community with the power to achieve a self-organizing, balanced connection in life. By harnessing this power, we will inevitably “pursue possible worlds and create a perfect life within the spatiotemporal realm of intersubjective symbiosis!”

Trump’s own journey is a quintessential example of an “intersubjective symbiotic gentleman”!

Based on this, I wrote Theoretical Suggestions and Action Guidelines for the Trump Team to Restructure Globalization 3.0, hoping to help transform the MAGA spirit (which can also manifest as Argentina’s MAGA, Italy’s MEGA, Japan’s MJGA, or even China’s MCGA) into a paradigm for ending Globalization 2.0 and stepping into the era of 3.0.

Yes, Globalization 2.0 (1945–2024) achieved much, but it has become a memory, and its three major flaws have already forced the United States to take the lead in restructuring Globalization 3.0:

First, the obsession with free trade, constrained by the Triffin-Rodrik-Qian trilemma, often emphasizes only most-favored-nation treatment in practice, neglecting the balance of rights and responsibilities. It reaps the dividends of “double-standard” rules, leaving other nations—especially the United States—at a long-term disadvantage (even a giant like the U.S. will be depleted if this continues). This is unsustainable and demands a more encompassing and rigid world order.

Second, globalism, cloaked in ideology, has co-opted the American public into paying for politically correct ideologies. In essence, it’s a deal between national (sovereign) capital and power, colluding to transfer excess capacity and hollow out societies—a mutually harmful model of structural imbalance (e.g., the decline of American manufacturing, urban hollowing-out, the erosion of Chinese workers’ rights to work and live, rural decay, and the slide into “total bureaucratic rent-seeking and total tenantization”). By the way, Trump’s new policy of “non-interference in domestic affairs” effectively pulls the rug out from under nationalist fervor that evades responsibility and uses its own people as cannon fodder.

Third, Globalization 2.0’s race to maximize GDP growth has exacerbated structural imbalances in nations, damaged the health of societies, and led to civilizational conflicts and a global crisis of trust and faith, urgently calling for a new value standard to emerge.

In this world, only the United States can lead the change, spearheading the return of “production to life, life to ecology, and ecology to the vitality of life,” rebalancing self-organizing connections, and restructuring the golden ratio of economic health in Globalization 3.0 through the symbiotic economics of GDE value—a mechanism of five interactive factors (cost reduction, empowerment, health, trust, peace) for symbiotic reward and restraint. This will:

• Render rule double-standards and distortions of free trade powerless;

• Expose ideological packaging of unequal transactions with nowhere to hide;

• Leave excessive growth, which masks the scarcity of health and trust, with no recourse.

Only then can MAGA lead the world, striving unceasingly, upholding virtue to bear all things, for only virtue can move the heavens, reaching far and wide without limit!

In the end, the restructuring of Globalization 3.0 into a new world order will force all nations to either unconditionally undergo structural transformation to earn the “qualification to re-enter the game,” or stubbornly cling to an unbalanced structure favoring rights over responsibilities, dragging their own people into “self-imposed exclusion”!

This is the universal law of interpersonal and international relations in Symbionomics: “Live and let others live; do not be evil nor cause others to be evil”—the contemporary revelation of the philosophy of Everything Intersubjective Symbiosism!

——川普的“自強不息，厚德載物”精神！

不必看川普利雅得論壇的講話，也知道川普的世界新秩序會把人類帶向何方！

但是，也別企望不動腦子，用現成的政治經濟哲學——無論是“無處不在的凱恩斯主義經濟學畜生”，還是喋喋不休光說不練的奧派經濟學“智叟”，抑或占據大學課堂和各色媒體的主流經濟學“教師爺”，都再不可能套上川普MAGA實操經濟學的全部內涵！

我說過，“川普以傻子般的發心、聖人般的智慧、騎士般的勇氣，開啟了世界和平與全球化重組的新篇章。”（2021.1.20《高度周刊》4個整版）

今天，作為這個世界最具影響力的國家總統，這樣的川普，他所做的一切，僅僅昭示傳達了：造物主賦予每個人、每個家庭、每個社區、每個國家，以及國際社會，只需發揮生命自組織連接平衡的偉力，必將“在交互主體共生的時空意間，追尋可能的世界，創造臻美的生活”！

川普本人的成長，正是“交互共生紳士”的典範！

基於此，我寫了《川普團隊重構全球化3.0的理論建議與行動指南》，願以此助MAGA精神（還可是阿根廷米萊的MAGA、意大利的梅洛尼的MEGA或日本的MJGA，乃至中國的MCGA）轉化為終結全球化2.0而邁進3.0時代的典範。

是的，全球化2.0（1945-2024）成就不小，但已成回憶，而其三大弊端，也已在倒逼美國，率先重構全球化3.0：

第一，自由貿易的執念，受特利芬-羅德里克-錢宏三重悖論的制約，在實施中往往只講最惠，不講權責對等，吃規則“雙標”的紅利，讓他國特別是美國，長期吃虧（大哥塊頭再大也會被坐吃山空）不可持續，必須有涵蓋力更大且剛性的世界秩序；

第二，全球主義包裝，裹挾美國大眾，為政治正確意識形態買單，本質是民族（主權）國家資本與權力沆瀣一氣做買賣轉嫁過剩產能，掏空社會，實為結構性失衡的互害模式（如美國製造衰敗、城市空心化，中國勞工工作生活權益受損、鄉村敗落而從容“全官尋租化、全民佃戶化”），順便說一句，川普的“不干涉內政”新政策宣示，等於對逃避責任讓本國人民作炮灰的民族主義煽情釜底抽薪；

第三，全球化2.0追趕GDP增長極限競賽，加劇各國結構性失衡，損害社會機體健康，導致文明衝突和全球性信任信仰危機，亟需全新的價值標準問世。

這世界，也只有美國率先改變，帶頭讓“生產回歸生活，生活呈現生態，生態激發生命”自組織連接再平衡，重構全球化3.0經濟健康黃金率的共生經濟學GDE價值——五因交互（降本、賦能、健康、信任、和平）共生獎抑機制，從而：

讓規則雙標，扭曲自由貿易，無機可趁； 讓意識形態，包裝不對等交易，無處遁形； 讓過剩增長，掩蓋健康信任稀缺，無計可施。

才能讓MAGA引領全球，自強不息，厚德載物，惟德動天，無遠弗屆！

最後，全球化3.0重構世界新秩序，就是倒逼世界各國，要麼無條件自行結構性改變，贏得“重新入局”的資質，要麼冥頑不化堅持權重責輕的獨大結構，連累本國人民“自甘出局”！

這就是共生經濟學（Symbionomics）“自己活也要別人活，不要自己邪惡也讓別人邪惡（Live and let others live; do not be evil nor cause others to be evil）”的人際國際通律——Everything Intersubjective Symbiosism哲學的當代昭示！
