Li Li's PSYCHIATRIC EPISODE AGAIN LEADS TO MY FAILING-AGAIN CALL TO NYC-WELL

Li Li is pretty much only interested on TV for entertainment shows, celebrity starts, cooking shows, fiction dramas, "educational" kind of "documentary", but pretty much avoiding News, especially NYC local news or worldly news, because she claims she is a person loving the good stuff but the news often shows too much bad things. By the same rationale, Li Li keeps avoid TV programs of  real crimes or realistic fiction crimes. Tonight, when a Law & Order program finished, and I turned off the TV, but Li Li now sat up from bed and started to show ANGER SNIFFING and BODY LANGUAGE as usual. I went to the other room, and then Li Li started her angry ranting. Here it goes. THE AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM WOULD USE THE PROSTITUTE LI LI AS A MALIGRANT TUMOR TO TORTURE ME AND THE TWO DAUGHTERS SINCE HER TWICE DESERTIONS in year 2014 aided and abetted by the HUMANSCUMS of the American Evil System, and then HER RETURN in year 2015 as a well-coached "PSYCHOTIC" HUMANSCUM deliberately wanting "domestic violence". I had turned the security camera onto Li Li during her episodes, but this prostitute Li Li always turned the camera away or averted the camera. But the humanscum Li Li had claimed all her behaviors had been recorded during her desertions. Where were those so-called recordings? Do I ever have a chance to see what those recordings about Li Li's "purity"?

During my ensuing call to NYC-Well, an NYC government program set up by the wife of former mayor Bill de Blasio and recently frequently advertised on TV, people can evaluate WHETHER THIS KIND OF USA "WE THE PEOPLE" GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY OR SYSTEM WOULD EVER WORK AS IT CLAIMS TO. The lady said she could not understand me from the very beginning, and would not confirm whether she was answering from NYC-WELL, and then the heard voice by me was in very low quality and thus barely discernable. She said NYC-WELL could not provide Li Li's medical records of the past, and she would NOT provide the supposedly available Mobile Crisis Unit to this rental address (136-09 59th Ave, Ground Floor, Flushing, NY 11355) for even a day-time visit. She kept offering another phone number for me to call for whatever. I am so afraid she would only set up a trap for humanscums as "medical providers" later to ROB ME FOR THEIR "SERVICES". So, I did not want to get that kind of phone-number referral.
