Under the ruthless eviction push by the former landlord Mrs. Jyne and Mr. Maurice Shiau and their attorney and the SHAM AND SHAME “court procedure” on LT-304213/21-QU, my ADVERSARIES have only wanted the REAL SUFFERING AND DANGER to me and my family, with ZERO chance to address the SIXTEEN categories of rental and related issues I have brought up to the “court”, and the “court” even SHAMELESSLY used their vicious manipulations about court appearance time and schedule, colluded with some HUMANSCUMS within or outside the USPS, to VACATE my ERAP application I filed on September 30, 2022. I have stubbornly repetitively tried to go by the New York State or City’s proclaimed ways to seek justice, protection, and assistance, but I have NOTHING but MORE HARM AND DANGER from the AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM. If you judge these words are strong, you should research WHAT THE AES HUMANSCUMS HAVE LONG-YEARS DONE TO ME AND MY FAMILY FROM ALL ASPECTS.

Merely about this ERAP app # 19KQK, 1) I could NOT see my previously uploaded files; 2) Although an email from NYS ERAP was received in my application email on March 02, 2023, telling the application status of Provisional Approval and the need for the former landlord to submit their missing documents or information, my family of FOUR (my wife Li Li BRAINWASHED AND DRUGGED by the AES HUMANSCUMS into a SEVERE AND DISABLED PSYCHOPATH, me SEVERELY AND PERMANENTLY INJURED, PARTICULARLY at my CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM, by the AES HUMANSCUMS due to their premeditated and coordinated sophisticated professional murder-attempts first at slavery workplace and then medical clinics and hospitals and law enforcement facilities, and my two young daughters long-time brainwashed and then de facto ABDUCTED, particularly my younger daughter Alexandria Wang being SEDUCED AND ENFORCED into the PERVERTLY DISTORTED AND FABRICATED CASE AND CLAIM of “suicidal thought” and “Qualified Residential Treatment Program, by the NEW YORK EVIL SYSTEM) had been eventually evicted from 136-09 59^th Ave, Ground Floor Rear Apartment, Flushing, NY 11355 on the 2^nd and final eviction execution on December 19, 2022; 3) The former landlord Shiau side have shown their VICIOUSNESS during the two evictions, the re-possession, and the retrieval, and they have many times stated that there is ABSOLUTE IMPOSSIBILITY from their side for my family to re-rent there; 4) From my experiences with the NYS, NYC systems, the ERAP may be only slightly better than the SHAM APS (Adult Protective Services) from HRA (Human Resources Administration) only because the visible or approachable real personnel from APS and HRA provided NO SERVICE BUT SHEER EVIL WORDS AND ACTS. There has been ABSOLUTELY ZERO HOUSING ASSISTANCE in any form since the LT-304213/21-QU; Even the two received postal mails talking about RENT ARREARS and Section Voucher 8 have NOBODY OR NOWHERE to contact with about WHAT THE FUCK Voucher IS AT WHERE; The management personnel in NYC shelter system were mostly HUMANSCUMS, only using THEIR SYSTEMATIC VICTIM THE PSYCHOTIZED LI LI and her psychotic episode to FURTHER RUIN ME under the shroud of protection to Li Li from “domestic violence”, as well as THUGS as various types of shelter seekers to threaten MY VERY LIFE! Before the evictions, my phone and/or email contacts, with ERAP and with all THREE branches of the AES, for EVICTION PROTECTION, did NOT get any eviction prevention. After I finally, after MONTHS of DILIGENT search among this CANNIBALISTIC CRUEL society, was able to rent one room in a fraught-with-risks apartment, I got this kind of Provisional Approval on ERAP, I am unable to sense any housing help OTHER THAN THE REAL CONSTANT THREATS OF BECOMING HOMELESS AND ENTERING THE JEOPARDY SWAMP labeled as shelter for single adult man, and/or BEING ONCE AGAIN FRAMED AND FABRICATED AS A SUICIDAL OR ADDICTIVE PSYCHOPATH INTO A PSYCHIATRIC FACILITY FOR PREMEDIATED AND COORDINATED MURDER BY AES HUMANSCUMS AS NYPD, EMT, AND HOSPITAL MEDICAL STAFF.

The atrocities I and my family have sustained are the HISTORIC TRUE RECORDS of the American Evil System and its puppet humanscum Special-Colored Chinese “Communist” Party System. Individual intelligence and diligence and integrity bring NO SURVIVAL IN BUT DANGER FROM such AES or its puppet systems.
