新民：As far as I know, it is in plural ?? In the Hebrew concept of Heavens, it has at least three strata. The first is the atmospheric heaven (sky), the second is the cosmic heaven, the third is the spiritual heaven where God makes his dwelling. Remember Paul said in 2Corinthians that he went into the third heaven and heard secret conversations.
