如同你說的，聖靈地感動和自我暗示讓你（也包括我有時候）分不清，我自己的體驗是聖靈地感動和自我暗示是overlap的，聖靈地感動和自我暗示不是一回事，但誰又說聖靈必須不能用自我暗示這個被造的律來工作呢？難道自我暗示這個被造的律被撒旦用來創辦各種輪子似的教就不再是神造來用以服務人的律啦？遺憾的是太多神造來用以服務人的律比如好多崇拜方式（羅7查的利末里的祭祀，不也有人用撒旦搗鼓的好多蠻荒人迷信，現在的烤肉等等來否認神嗎）都被撒旦利用來拍他自己。

聖靈地感動對我有時使用自我暗示，可是有時候就說不清的嘆息來幫我，有時候則明確地通過神的話語-就是聖經。當然有時候純粹是自我暗示-比如911前後我咳嗽得厲害，那時候的所在的布魯克林教會非常強調神跡，我夜裡咳嗽厲害就求神跡止咳，不一會就不咳了，可是在我剛生更半夜通知一姐妹這個消息後，電話一卦，我又咳了，還特利害----

所以要多讀聖經呢，脫離的聖經神的話語，光靠聖靈顯然不對，否則神為什麼在耶穌後還要留下聖經？
羅馬數8章：
31：What,then,shalll we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
32:He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all-how will he not also, along with him,graciously give us all things?
37: No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us ???? the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
