What is fruitfulness? 什麼是結果子?

1. To man, it is the faith in Jesus - firstfruits. To God, A Jesus is the firstfruits, who completed salvation and established man's faith. B. believers are the firstfruits of God's work.
Anyone who is justified by faith is fruitful, because Jesus is the firstfruits of our faith.

In summary, the rebirth of man by God's Gospel/word, who is hence justified by faith in Jesus Christ is the firstfruits of believers, based on the firstfruits of Jesus Christ who accomplished the mission of salvation and founded the faith of man.

雅各書 - 第 1 章 第 18 節
他按自己的旨意，用真道生了我們，叫我們在他所造的萬物中，好像初熟的果子。

He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.

Comments: The believers that were born through the word of truth are the firstfruits of God's work.

哥林多前書 - 第 15 章 第 20 節
但基督已經從死里復活，成為睡了之人初熟的果子。
But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.

Comments: Jesus is the firstfuits of believers, who believe in his resurrection; That is: Jesus completed  the mission of salvation, and is the foundation of faith,corresponding to

哥林多前書 - 第 15 章 第 23 節
但各人是按着自己的次序復活。初熟的果子是基督。以後在他來的時候，是那些屬基督的。But each in his own turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him.

2. It is the fruit of spirit - sanctification.
The fruit of spirit is prize/reward from God. The fruit of spirit is in fact sanctification in a late stage of faith in Jesus Christ. It is not necessary to bear the fruit of spirit to be saved. That is, the criterion of being saved is NOT based on fruit of spirit, but on faith.
