終於有一天， 當他等候神差不多2個小時後， 他強力地感受到了神的同在， 這種喜樂的經歷無法言表， 這樣長時間等候後， 只經歷5分鐘與神同在， 都是非常值得。。。

Humanly speaking, experiencing God does take time and practice. On the other hand, God is not far from us. He is only a prayer away, an utterance of "Abba Father" away, a repentent cry away.

To insist on feeling intensively about God's presence may glorify our feeling too much. After all, God's saturating presence is through our whole being, our mind, heart, soul, spirit and body.

一基督徒:
他說的那5分鐘 ,我想是那種只跟主在一起， 彼此享受的joyful monment.神是每時每刻與我們同在， 但那種欣喜若狂的時刻卻不是時時能經歷的。

Xinmin: Very true. It is the spiritual high point
To live in constant spiritual high can be very exhausting too. I prefer to experience God in any moment of heartfelt thanksgiving, one spontaneous utterance of Abba Father, one genuine sighing of our distressed soul.

To live a life with the full awareness of and constant communion with God, that is, being saturated with God, or slain in the spirit, is indeed a great blessing to all children of God.

Many sinners of this world uses illicit drugs, intoxicating alcohols and perverted sex to get to a momentary physical high. We children of light constantly experience our spiritual high whenever we are in communion with the holy spirit. No comparison indeed. Hallelujah!

誠之:
默想聖經的話，就是經歷與神同在。
不要老是靠一些特殊的經歷、高峰體驗來餵養自己的靈命。

聖靈讓我們經歷與基督的同在的主要方法，是透過我們操練研讀神的話語、默想神的話語，讓神的話成為我們生命主要的靈糧，而不是一些特殊的經歷。

>在那裡什麼都不做， 什麼都不想，完全地安靜在神面前， 等候神的到來
這叫倒空，是典型的新紀元的操作方法。
被聖靈充滿絕對不是倒空，而是充滿神的話語，默想神的話語中。
在默想神的話語中，通常不必等兩個小時。

內里生命派的基督徒很早就有類似的實踐.
涉及靈界的事情, 會有一些類似的規律, 也不奇怪. 聖靈是靈, 邪靈也是靈. 難道
說聖靈就是邪靈麼.
個人體驗, 只要是主所賜給的, 都要珍惜, 也都從不同的方面會對自己有建造. 平
衡其實不是靠方法來平衡, 因為平衡其實不是靠人力去維持的. 在屬靈的事上, 平
衡乃是生命成熟自然的流露.

誠之
安靜等候是必須的。
但是要在默想神的話語中安靜等候。
我們的思想要以神的話語為中心。神沒有要我們“倒空”。
神沒有要我們“什麼都不做，什麼都不想”，這不是給魔鬼鑽孔子嗎？

對不起，我沒有講清楚
他在安靜等候時是有在聽磁帶的。不過好像很簡單， 反反覆覆地要他瞻仰神的榮美， 尋求神的面。

誠之
神的話就是神自己。

當我們默想神的話的時候，我們就是在經歷神。
藉着神的話語，默想神的本質，他的榮美，他的公義、他的恩慈、……他的一切的屬性時，我們也讚美敬拜這些屬性時，我們就是在經歷神。聖靈也會藉着神的話語光照我們，感動我們，讓我們經歷神自己。
在那樣的經歷中，在神的話語的光照中，以神的話作我們思想的中心時，我們就是活在他的面光之中，就是聖靈的充滿。追求聖靈充滿就是追求讓聖靈藉着神的話充分掌管我們，不是追求什麼特殊的經歷。
未必哭，未必跳，未必笑，也不會倒，但是平安一定有，喜樂一定有。對我來說，那就是我日常禱讀時最普通的經歷。不需要靠任何的特會，也不需要任何特殊的方法，不是什麼特高級、特神秘的“經歷”。 而這種經歷，是每天可以操練的--藉着讀經，默想神的話、他自己。

經歷神是沒有限量的
不要把自己限制住了，這樣可能會阻擋了神的恩典。

我只是想說
我們對神的經歷還很有限，我們任何時候都不應該“滿足現狀”。下面這首聖徒詩歌說出了我的想法。

誠之的提醒值得聽一聽.神不會違背自己的話----聖經.

作為人,靈界的事沒有能力全知全控,唯一能保全自己不走偏的,就是躲在主的話語裡.不管是什麼經歷,必須經的起聖經的驗證.我不反對有經歷,我自己也不是沒有經歷的,但自己一定要警惕.所有的機會,都是一刀兩刃的,魔鬼是遍地遊行的獅子,沒有主的護衛,沒有人能逃脫被吞吃的命運的.

主通過聖經,每時每刻都在對你說話.只要你時時讀經默想禱告,神同在你就能通過從他來的平安喜樂得知.
