authority

All authority belongs to God, but God has two ways in which He exercises His authority: by (1)Direct authority and by (2)Delegated authority.

(1)Direct authority means that God tells us directly through His Word or through His Spirit what He wants us to do.
(2)A delegated authority is someone who represents God's authority.This means that God designates certain people to represent Him and to exercise His authority. To be disrespectful or disobedient to God's delegated authority is like being disrespectful or disobedient to God Himself.

In this world in which we live, God has established four basic structures of authority: (1) Family (2) Government (3) Church (4)Business.

不好的政府是不是由神來的？是的. 沒有完全不好的政府,也沒有完全好的政府,但是有符合或不符合神旨意的政策.Our Lord was never a party to any rebellion, 但是當政府的政策(或丈夫要求你做的)違背神的戒命的情況下,順從神，不順從人,是應當的(Act 5:29)。因為我們首先要遵從神的Direct authority,其次才是神的Delegated authority.比如埃及法老要收生婆殺死以色列男嬰,神的十戒說不可殺人,那兩個收生婆不殺以色列男嬰就是應當的.如果政策說不許向十八歲以下的兒童傳教,不許教師在公立學校以職務之便向學生傳教(美國有這樣的規定),而聖經要我們殷勤教訓兒女神的話(Deu 6:7),傳福音給萬民(Mat28:19 Mar13:10 Mar 16:15),而且,我們在家裡教育自己的孩子神的話,公立學校的教師在學校以外的場所向學生傳福音也是應當的,這樣做也沒有違反政府的政策.如果政府要求教會在宗教部門登記,所要求之事也不違背神的戒命,教會服從政府規定也是應當的.
