Count your blessing #1 (speak loud as you read): I am a blessed man, married with a lovely child. Many middle-aged are still single, trying to find one. Many could not bear a child. Many do not love their kids. Count your blessing #2 (are you reading aloud with me, please? :-)): My wife is truly blessed. Her hand skins are as smooth as, if not better than, five years ago when we got married. I am her partner in life, including in kitchen. She must enjoy it as much, if not more than, I do. Count your blessing #3 (do not stop speaking out aloud): I thank my wife for majority of the shopping and enjoying having me around her. I am her guard and her shadow. Count your blessing #4: I am not really complaining or grumpy. Thank God. 吃飯要吃第一口,餵孩子也是我,如果我讓她喂,她就說,讓孩子鍛煉着自己吃 (這不是現在才說的,基本上從孩子3歲開始吃大人飯就這個說法) Count your blessing #5: My wife is my cupbearer, she cares about me and tastes before I eat in case there is food poisoning. My wife is wise, she knows more about child-rearing. Count your blessing #6: I am blessed since my wife speaks better English than I do. She balances my heavy-handed approach to child home education with her hands-off tactics. I thank my wife for correcting my accented English so that I may improve. My wife is my beloved teacher. Count your blessing #7: My wife is a very caring person who loves her parents dearly. I envy her love and wish to do that same to my own parents. I admire my wife's easygoing and laid back attitude toward life's many toils. Oh how I wish to imitate her, my best teacher in words and deeds! Count your blessing #8: Again my wife is wiser than I. I shall follow her instructions. Count your blessing #9: Oh my! My wife is so lovely! She has her very feminine way of getting her points across. I will love her a great deal more. Oh my chid, what a cute angel sent by his wise mom! Counting your blessing #10: I must thank God for taking care of me and my family. I thank God for giving me jobs repeatedly. I thank God for giving me great physical health. Count your blessing #11: Oh well well. A woman without temper means she really does not care. In that sense, I am daily blessed to have her losing her temper everyday. I thank God for giving her to me so that my nerve will be strengthened throughout her rebuking. I will come out of it a far better person. I am indeed blessed. Someone said suffering is disguised blessing. How silly I was! Count your blessing #12: Thank God I am not depressed beyond repair. I am only about to lose my sanity, but not yet. Thank God I can share openly in this forum and get so many helps from caring individuals that I do not even know. Oh my Lord, you are blessing me throughout the whole ordeal. What a blessed man I am! Thank you, God. Thank you, my beloved wife. Thank you, everyone who cares. |
