You may Start with counting your blessings and offer your praises to the Lord. It may be difficult at the beginning. And I may sound like legalism. But once your praises start to spring up from the bottom of your heart instead of your head and mind, tell us where your depression is.:))

You may also ask the Lord to search your heart and reveal to you the root of your depression. Then you get to make the decision whether to plead with the Lord to uproot it or not.:))
