[kjv] And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her.
[bbe] And I will give her a blessing so that you will have a son by her: truly my blessing will be on her, and she will be the mother of nations: kings of peoples will be her offspring.
17:17 [hgb] 亞伯拉罕就俯伏在地喜笑、心裡說、一百歲的人、還能得孩子麼．撒拉已經九十歲了、還能生養麼。

[bbe] Then Abraham went down on his face, and laughing, said in his heart, May a man a hundred years old have a child? will Sarah, at ninety years old, give birth?

[kjv] But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.
[bbe] But my agreement will be with Isaac, to whom Sarah will give birth a year from this time.
17:22 [hgb] 　神和亞伯拉罕說完了話、就離開他上升去了。

[kjv] And he left off talking with him, and God went up from Abraham.
[bbe] And having said these words, God went up from Abraham.

信心，就是讓我在烏雲蓋天時，仍知雲後是陽光……
17:17-27　亞伯拉罕和妻子撒拉已經年紀老邁，叫他們生孩子，實在難以置信。亞伯拉罕雖因信心蒙神稱義，但要他相信神這個應許也是困難的；不過，他還是照著神的吩咐去行了（17:22-27）。可見，即使信心之父也會有懷疑的時候。當你開始懷疑神的引導時，要效法亞伯拉罕，專注於神實現他應許的承諾，並繼續順服他。

撒萊改名（17：15－21）
16. 作為約的一部分，神給撒萊改名為撒拉（意為“公主”），
可能是表明她是多國和多王之母的地位（17：15－16）。

來的。
