There is a software which can pack the whole site and zip it and send it over to China. They might not be able to reply, but they will be able to read complete contents.

I tried once, and the result is about 32M before compression. I did not post the result image, because of the copyriht issue. But I guess you can do this and share with your friends. I think the ZIP version might results in about 15M files, you might try to send over using messenger.
