organization is very hard, you have to hire lawyer and go throw all these processes, and have to documentation process, because IRS will audio.

But this process needed to monitor those, otherwise could lead to chao and corruptions.

So you need at least two to three full time to handle this.

It's not practical. If there are organization already setup these, and you liek their service to those people you think it's needed, it would be wise to leverage it.

It's such a shame what brought down the "Hope Project". I still think it's a great thing to do, and it helped a lot of people.
