如同你说的，圣灵地感动和自我暗示让你（也包括我有时候）分不清，我自己的体验是圣灵地感动和自我暗示是overlap的，圣灵地感动和自我暗示不是一回事，但谁又说圣灵必须不能用自我暗示这个被造的律来工作呢？难道自我暗示这个被造的律被撒旦用来创办各种轮子似的教就不再是神造来用以服务人的律啦？遗憾的是太多神造来用以服务人的律比如好多崇拜方式（罗7查的利末里的祭祀，不也有人用撒旦捣鼓的好多蛮荒人迷信，现在的烤肉等等来否认神吗）都被撒旦利用来拍他自己。

圣灵地感动对我有时使用自我暗示，可是有时候就说不清的叹息来帮我，有时候则明确地通过神的话语-就是圣经。当然有时候纯粹是自我暗示-比如911前后我咳嗽得厉害，那时候的所在的布鲁克林教会非常强调神迹，我夜里咳嗽厉害就求神迹止咳，不一会就不咳了，可是在我刚生更半夜通知一姐妹这个消息后，电话一卦，我又咳了，还特利害----

所以要多读圣经呢，脱离的圣经神的话语，光靠圣灵显然不对，否则神为什么在耶稣后还要留下圣经？
罗马数8章：
31：What,then,shalll we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
32:He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all-how will he not also, along with him,graciously give us all things?
37: No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us ???? the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
