终于有一天， 当他等候神差不多2个小时后， 他强力地感受到了神的同在， 这种喜乐的经历无法言表， 这样长时间等候后， 只经历5分钟与神同在， 都是非常值得。。。

Humanly speaking, experiencing God does take time and practice. On the other hand, God is not far from us. He is only a prayer away, an utterance of "Abba Father" away, a repentent cry away.

To insist on feeling intensively about God's presence may glorify our feeling too much. After all, God's saturating presence is through our whole being, our mind, heart, soul, spirit and body.

一基督徒:
他说的那5分钟 ,我想是那种只跟主在一起， 彼此享受的joyful monment.神是每时每刻与我们同在， 但那种欣喜若狂的时刻却不是时时能经历的。

Xinmin: Very true. It is the spiritual high point
To live in constant spiritual high can be very exhausting too. I prefer to experience God in any moment of heartfelt thanksgiving, one spontaneous utterance of Abba Father, one genuine sighing of our distressed soul.

To live a life with the full awareness of and constant communion with God, that is, being saturated with God, or slain in the spirit, is indeed a great blessing to all children of God.

Many sinners of this world uses illicit drugs, intoxicating alcohols and perverted sex to get to a momentary physical high. We children of light constantly experience our spiritual high whenever we are in communion with the holy spirit. No comparison indeed. Hallelujah!

诚之:
默想圣经的话，就是经历与神同在。
不要老是靠一些特殊的经历、高峰体验来喂养自己的灵命。

圣灵让我们经历与基督的同在的主要方法，是透过我们操练研读神的话语、默想神的话语，让神的话成为我们生命主要的灵粮，而不是一些特殊的经历。

>在那里什么都不做， 什么都不想，完全地安静在神面前， 等候神的到来
这叫倒空，是典型的新纪元的操作方法。
被圣灵充满绝对不是倒空，而是充满神的话语，默想神的话语中。
在默想神的话语中，通常不必等两个小时。

内里生命派的基督徒很早就有类似的实践.
涉及灵界的事情, 会有一些类似的规律, 也不奇怪. 圣灵是灵, 邪灵也是灵. 难道
说圣灵就是邪灵么.
个人体验, 只要是主所赐给的, 都要珍惜, 也都从不同的方面会对自己有建造. 平
衡其实不是靠方法来平衡, 因为平衡其实不是靠人力去维持的. 在属灵的事上, 平
衡乃是生命成熟自然的流露.

诚之
安静等候是必须的。
但是要在默想神的话语中安静等候。
我们的思想要以神的话语为中心。神没有要我们“倒空”。
神没有要我们“什么都不做，什么都不想”，这不是给魔鬼钻孔子吗？

对不起，我没有讲清楚
他在安静等候时是有在听磁带的。不过好像很简单， 反反复复地要他瞻仰神的荣美， 寻求神的面。

诚之
神的话就是神自己。

当我们默想神的话的时候，我们就是在经历神。
藉着神的话语，默想神的本质，他的荣美，他的公义、他的恩慈、……他的一切的属性时，我们也赞美敬拜这些属性时，我们就是在经历神。圣灵也会藉着神的话语光照我们，感动我们，让我们经历神自己。
在那样的经历中，在神的话语的光照中，以神的话作我们思想的中心时，我们就是活在他的面光之中，就是圣灵的充满。追求圣灵充满就是追求让圣灵藉着神的话充分掌管我们，不是追求什么特殊的经历。
未必哭，未必跳，未必笑，也不会倒，但是平安一定有，喜乐一定有。对我来说，那就是我日常祷读时最普通的经历。不需要靠任何的特会，也不需要任何特殊的方法，不是什么特高级、特神秘的“经历”。 而这种经历，是每天可以操练的--藉着读经，默想神的话、他自己。

经历神是没有限量的
不要把自己限制住了，这样可能会阻挡了神的恩典。

我只是想说
我们对神的经历还很有限，我们任何时候都不应该“满足现状”。下面这首圣徒诗歌说出了我的想法。

诚之的提醒值得听一听.神不会违背自己的话----圣经.

作为人,灵界的事没有能力全知全控,唯一能保全自己不走偏的,就是躲在主的话语里.不管是什么经历,必须经的起圣经的验证.我不反对有经历,我自己也不是没有经历的,但自己一定要警惕.所有的机会,都是一刀两刃的,魔鬼是遍地游行的狮子,没有主的护卫,没有人能逃脱被吞吃的命运的.

主通过圣经,每时每刻都在对你说话.只要你时时读经默想祷告,神同在你就能通过从他来的平安喜乐得知.
