基督徒要不要拜年？ Yes, as long as we glorify God and love fellow citizens throughout the process of celebrating the Chinese New Year as a traditional cultural custom. Visiting (or being visited by) and feasting with relatives and friends and greeting each other with happy New Year good wishes and gifts are good.

基督徒要不要拜年？ No, if 年 still means to some of us the legendary devil of misfortune that comes to haunt us every year. Christians should do away with any part of a custom that are against God's teaching. For example, we should not bow down and worship any non-God spirit or deceased ancestors. But we can still pay homage to our beloved ancestors by commemorating their lives with our thanksgiving to God.

You return my wallet since it contains my personal ID and cards. But you are free to receive all the cashes therein. They are God's gift upon your asking me in a special way. 14:5 有人看这日比那日强，有人看日日都是一样，只是各人心里要意见坚定。
14:6 守日的人，是为主守的；吃的人，是为主吃的，因他感谢神；不吃的人，是为主不吃的，也感谢神。

只是神又说
14:1 信心软弱的，你们要接纳，但不要辩论所疑惑的事。 (Romans)
所以我们不要在这件事上 辩论, instead , "各人心里要意见坚定"!

警察的故事，又是另一个不完全一样的问题了

我若是警察， 那贼若是偷别人的东西， 一定抓！因为
贼和警察都是在律法下。(主)他来不是要废去律法!

那贼若是偷我的东西，我就祷告，若神给我信心我就放
胆让他偷，若主借我遇见这事好让他得救， 那就让我和
他都在神的恩典下！

如若不然， 我还是一定要抓他， 因为"凡不出于信心的
都是罪。" Romans 14:23
