You can not falsify other people’s religious experience with your own religious experience.

I never experienced what Joking was talking about does not mean Joking can not experience that way. Human can never limit God.

Let me tell you a story:

My archbishop’s niece has cancer. The family was very sad and spent a lot time in hospital. Once late at night, the girl was sick again and had to have operation. Mom was waiting outside.
A cleaning lady came up said, ”poor girl, I have been praying for her”
Mom, “ Thanks”
cleaning lady, “Do you pray to God?”
Mom, “Yes, everyday”
cleaning lady,” Why you come to hospital? God can not heal her? Don’t you trust God?”
Mom, “???”

The Mom was so confused. She called her brother (archbishop). Archbishop said, “Don’t listen to her! How does she know God won’t work through the doctors? How does she know God’s intention?”

The point:
God gave us all the resource on earth (lighting rod, doctors…) It’s humans’ job to use them and learn from God in the process. Humans can never limit God. That’s reason intelligent design is such a bad theology.
