正確的態度Right approach
1. 讀經不是只為作學術研究。讀經是上帝讓我們遇見他的方式之一。僅回答問題不是我們研經的目的﹐而在欣喜地與我們的主會面。
Don’t read the Bible merely academically. Bible study: a means appointed by God by which we can encounter Him. Answering the questions is not the end of bible study, but joyfully meeting with our Lord
2. 研經不只是知識上的﹐而是靈性上的。要去除驕傲和自滿。首先﹐以謙卑的心承認我們必須依靠上帝﹐並乞求聖靈能開我們的眼睛﹐給我們屬靈的分辨力﹐幫助我們理解。

Full discovery of all that God has to say demand diligent study involving patient and persistent enquiry and the use of all proper available aids to understanding demanding the serious and concentrated exercise of all one’s intellectual powers.
需要多少時間The Time Required
1. 每天至少20分鐘。如果能有30分鐘更好﹐因為要加上禱讀的時間。At least 20 min/day. 30 min/day is even better (for Prayerful meditation)
要準備什麼材料Requirements
1. 聖經。A Bible
2. 一本筆記本。A notebook
3. 其他的材料﹕例如研經書﹐聖經辭典。Other aids: commentary, bible dictionary
步驟Procedure（請不要省略任何一個步驟）
1. 以禱告開始Begin with prayer
2. 閱讀指定的經文Read the portion of ????ure appointed for study.
3. 閱讀問題和相關的註解。Read the questions and any notes on the passage.
4. 在筆記本上寫下答案（這步驟很重要﹐需要操練）。Write answers to the question in the notebook; A weekly review is helpful.
5. 用這段經文作敬拜讚美。Use the passage as a basis for worship and praise.
