人说世界在浴火里终结
或言世界于寒冰中寂灭
曾经体味过渴求的焚烧
我更向往的是火之烈烈

有一种想法我真不情愿
但若世界非得再次毁灭
冰也同样有足够的伟力
可以摧毁那世间的一切

Fire and Ice

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favour fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
