The truth is Warner read the defense wrong, he thought Harrison would drop, but instead Harrison took one fake step back and then stayed there. Warner was confused and didn't react quickly enough, he had to bear some responsibility.

That could be or could not be a fumble, by determining it was not a fumble is biased already. I aggreed that there at least should be a review, but you did show your bias by call it was a fumble.
