1) Go to http://games.espn.go.com/bowlmania/frontpage
2) If you don't have an account on ESPN yet, click "Sign up here for free". It is free sign up.
3) After you sign in, click "create entry".
4) After you have an entry, join the group
group name: "Salon BBS"
password: "salonbbs"

This is how I found the easiest way to play it
step a) pick the winner for all games. no spread, just straight up.
step b) based on your confidence about each pick, give it a number. for example, if you are extremely confident that Oregon will beat Oklahoma in Holiday Bowl, assign 28 points to it. if you totally have no clue who will win the Rose Bowl, assign it 1 point.
6）第一場比賽12月20號。如果想拿到最高分，建議在此之前填好選項！
最後截止時間12月27號，下午5點，東部時間
