it's popular, it's crowded, but not to my taste, kind of shanghai style of sour plus sweet more suitbale to americans, japanese, taiwanese

just opposite to its chinatown site, another resteraunt which is much less popular, much fewer customers, but much to my likeness. after eating, i gave a good tip and shared with its boss' complaints:

"we are much closer to real chinese taste, the opposite one is just paying attention to attracting westerns...."

my opinion: any chinese resteraunt showing off window clips of praise by english newspapers, you ignore it.
