俄羅斯抱怨MH17失事調查停滯
Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov queried why the recordings from the plane's black boxes had not been released publicly and said he had the impression that "everyone else has lost interest in the investigation." (俄國外長拉夫羅夫質問為什麼到現在還沒對外公布馬航17的黑匣子記錄。他說他感覺所有人[除俄羅斯外]都已經失去了對這架飛機的興趣)

The aircraft's black boxes have been shipped to Farnborough in Britain to be examined by the Air Accidents Investigation Branch.(飛機上的黑匣子已經運到英國的Farnborough，由航空事故調查機構調查)
"No one has told us anything coherent about the reasons why the recordings of the black boxes cannot be released fully," Lavrov said at a televised briefing in Moscow.(拉夫羅夫在莫斯科的一個電視訪談中抱怨，對於為什麼不能公布黑匣子的完整記錄，沒有任何方面給過我們一個合理的解釋)

He said that Russia had contacted the International Civil Aviation Organisation, the United Nations' aviation agency, which has set up a task force to draw up recommendations over the crash, but that "so far there is nothing transparent to be seen there either."(他說，俄羅斯一直和國際民航組織以及聯合國航空機構保持聯繫。這些機構已經為這次空難成立了一個工作小組，但是迄今為止，俄羅斯方面對這些機構做了什麼仍然不清楚)
Lavrov suggested that the probe had failed to find evidence of Russia's involvement in downing the plane in July as it flew over rebel-controlled territory of eastern Ukraine.(拉夫羅夫指出，所有這些機構都不能提供這架飛越烏克蘭東部而墜毀的民航飛機與俄羅斯有任何關聯)
