The bullpen has been their strongest link until recently. I don't think Okajima can get himself back during the playoff. And JP is a bit shaky now, especially when there is runner on score position, he tends to give up big hit. Eric Gagne is a joke so far. But don't forget we have Tim Wakefield, Jlian Tavarez, John lester and that new guy. The all can be part of the bullpen.

So piching wise, sox should have the edge against anybody. But Yankee has huge edge on batting and it seems sox pichers don't have much of the answer to that. The best scienario is for LAA to take care of Yankee first becasue they have yankee's number.
