去年的改動是因為進8的情況下，有些隊在拿到入場券後，就可以為了季後賽的屯兵而故意在上場陣容中留下空缺。這樣雖然符合規則，但對前後交手的隊就不太公平。進6因為有季後賽首輪BYE，各隊不敢邂逅。

既然今年改回進8，希望大家都遵守公平比賽的風格，每周出場保證全額。唯一的例外是球員突然上不了場而教練不在無法及時更換，或者昨天的系統出錯根本無法換人。

至於到MNF，如果一隊已經領先微小差距，為避免負分而撤下球員或DST以保證勝利的情況，希望大家發表意見。俺個人的意見是還是要滿員打下去。

Full Squad in Each Game
Every team should fill all starting positions for each game with non-bye week players. This is to provoke a fair game and prevent teams to stock extra players while tanking.

Exceptions:
1) Sudden injury before the game and manager does not have time to change
2) ESPN System Error
3) Remove players to bench after lead and guarantee a win.

Penalty: first violation will result in deducting one win from final standing. The next violation will be deducted two wins.

Vote cutoff: SAT 10/10/09 6PM EST. Absence means to agree.
