昨天晚上儿子又打了一个满场，小拖从板凳上一跃成了主力，打得很卖力，比赛过程中不断听见教练叫他的名字防守进攻。

这却不是我们想要的结果。刚脱离了板凳，我们的心还坐在那里，和那些孩子们坐在一起，还有他们的家长。我们要的是一个公平环境。起来，不愿坐板凳的人们，把我们的不平汇成。。。

他对他工作的疏忽道歉，前一阵他孩子一直病着。他会尽快想办法，分成两个队。

Thank you for letting me know this was going on.  I had a feeling it was and I will talk to both coaches tonight about it.  I am trying to remedy the situation.  I have received at least 5 calls from 5/6 grade parents still looking for a place for their child to play.  So here is what I have come up with.  I am having a mid-season evaluation Jan 2 and 3 in hopes of adding players which will allow me to form 2 teams.  Of course this will only effect the second league the Hoyas will play in and not the one we are currently in.  Also tonight each team will begin their speed/agility training as well as their individual skill training with Coach Hobbs.  I will be here tonight so feel free to find me if you have any more questions or concerns.  Thanks.

这就对了。发现问题，解决问题，皆大欢喜。悄悄地我走了正如我悄悄地来是浙江人的做法，我们那儿讲究裹着小棉袄讨说法。说得有说道，弄个一怒之下退钱走人，你心里肯定窝火，以后什么时候想起来都火。而且，毕竟现在的重点不是学费，是要有个和谐的学习环境啊。

现在大家心气都顺了，给小拖讲道理也就容易听进去了，关于公平公正，关于劳动收获，关于挫折机遇。其实很不愿意把孩子早早拉进成人世界。我常常觉得自己是只老母鸡，忽煽着翅膀为孩子们遮风挡雨，遮一时是一时，挡一天是一天，可是眼见着他们自己羽翼丰满起来，要飞。
