Click "Register for a free account" first and register yourself. Then go back to the website above to sign in. You will see a "Create Entry" button righ there. Click it and on the new screen click "Create or Join a Group".

Join the group and create you entry. The bracket hasn't been decided yet, so you won't be able to pick the result. But reserve your place now so that you won't be able to rejected at the end. Last year's tournament has a 50 people max restriction. I am not sure about this year. Everybody can create up to 5 entries this year as you may figure.
