Warm smell of colitas,colitas 我查了一下是指一種野草並不是大麻,同TOBACCO差不多.但美國應是不允許種大麻的,所以用COLITAS暗示一下.

spirit我記得土語是酒的意思,從1969年就不供應烈酒(不是香檳)了,那應該是借旅館之名提供毒品了.

當然都是自願的,沒人會強迫你吸.吸上就會象個囚徒被大麻逮住.

吸毒一個主要目地就是忘卻痛苦,這裡dance我覺得還有層暗喻的意思,吸毒後會飄飄然,用跳舞旋轉的感覺來暗示一下.

這句話很詭異,若是用吸大麻去理解就好理解多了,他們也知道被大麻控制了,也很恐慌害怕,the beast就是指大麻,但再怎樣掙脫也掙脫不掉,so says: can't kill the beast.

這是他本人或代表他人想逃離毒品回到從前健康狀態,但找不到出口,回不去了.
