陸哲明,男，1976年生，漢族，黑龍江省集賢縣人,哈爾濱工業大學航天學院博士生導師。

1991年9月至1995年7月，陝西第一工業學校機械製造專業中專畢業；
1995年7月至1997年12月，全國高等教育自學考試機電一體化工程專業，本科畢業；
1998年9月至2001年3月，瀋陽工業大學電機與電器專業，獲工學碩士學位；
2001年3月至2005年7月，就讀於哈爾濱工業大學控制科學與工程系，控制理論與控制工程專業，獲工學博士學位。

2003年11月至2004年9月，香港大學機械工程系，Research Associate；
2004年11月至2005年7月，哈爾濱工業大學，講師；
2005年8月至今，哈爾濱工業大學，教授；
2005年10月至今，加拿大University of Alberta，博士後。

主要研究方向：參數依賴Lyapunov穩定理論及應用；不確定系統的魯棒控制與濾波；時滯系統及其在網絡化控制及網絡擁塞控制中的應用；模型降階；2D系統；正系統理論等。

博士期間的研究方向為複雜系統的魯棒控制與濾波。在攻讀博士學位期間所取得的主要成績以及所做的與學術有關的工作總結如下：

(1) 2003年9月被評為哈爾濱工業大學第五批正在進行的優秀博士學位論文；
(2) 所進行的博士課題取得較大的突破, 所取得的研究成果發表在國內外權威期刊上. 目前在國外期刊上發表及錄用論文29篇(其中第一作者24篇), 在國內期刊上發表論文16篇，在國際會議上發表論文12篇。其中有27篇論文發表在SCI刊源上，有40餘篇論文發表在EI刊源上；
(3) 在我校2003年學術論文統計表中，有4篇論文入選高影響因子期刊論文排行榜(全校共46篇，其中控制科學與工程學科僅5篇)；
(4) 多次應邀為IEEE Trans. Automatic Control、IEEE Trans. Signal Processing、IEEE Trans. Circuits and Systems、Automatica、《自動化學報》等十餘家著名期刊以及IEEE Conference on Decision and Control、American Control Conference等著名國際會議審稿；
(5) 應香港大學James Lam教授邀請，在香港大學機械工程系進行了十個月的訪問研究，並建立了長期的合作關係。參加了香港go-vern-mentRGC項目“Approximation of Dynamic Systems with Improved Time and Frequency-Domain notallowobjectives”(7127/02P)和“Synthesis Techniques for Multi-Dimensional Systems with Stochastic and Delay Effects” (7165/03E)

(6) 在學術上與國際知名學者進行了廣泛的交流與合作，曾邀請香港大學、英國格拉摩根大學、加拿大埃爾伯塔大學等地的知名學者來我校講學；
(7) 2004年12月應邀為哈爾濱工業大學航天學院首期小衛星論壇作“關於如何撰寫與發表學術論文”的報告，該報告全文刊登在首期《哈工大研究生》雜誌上；
(8) 作為國際程序委員會協主席，目前正在籌備第一屆航空、宇航系統及控制國際會議；
(9) 作為主要參加者曾獲得機械工業部科技進步二等獎及遼寧省科技進步二等獎各一項；
(10) 於2002年和2003年獲光華獎學金和海王獎學金各一次；
(11) 2005年由航天學院推薦國防科工委優秀畢業生；
(12) 2005年獲航天學院十佳大學生；
(13) 2005年獲加拿大Killam Memorial Postdoctoral Fellowship Award和Alberta Ingenuity Fellowship，將於今年底去The University of Alberta進行為期兩年的博士後研究。
