我投篇稿件到 Physics Letters A 的数学物理section，编辑不送外审，自己审了3-4个礼拜就直接退了。我觉得审稿意见很 funny，我曾咨询 Physical Review E 的 Board member，他也觉得很 strange。大家帮我分析一下，是真心建议还是挖苦。

Dear Dr xxxxxxxxx,

This is a short technical note, which has no need of RAPID PUBLICATION, so why a LETTERS journal?  It is reflective but not urgent.

This paper should be submitted to a standard mathematics/mathematical physics journal and NOT to a GENERAL physics journal such as this. 

I must therefore REJECT your paper.
