這個新小區就在與400# 公路西邊平行的Atlanta Hwy #9 上。可用這個地址3632 Atlanta Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040在Google Maps 上找。這個小區將分三期建成，共400多棟獨立住宅（Single Family Hoses），設施齊全，離Fowler Park 和 Big Creek Greenway 很近，是目前我所知的正在開發的、非常大的新小區，很值得一看。
