We sincerely petition to you that you listen to our views expressed below and that you behave in ways not shaming your names in history.

We are concerned that international tension is being heightened as a result of China's land reclamation on rocks in the South China Sea. We believe that international disputes should be resolved by peaceful means.
We fear that the conflict in the South China Sea may lead to wars, resulting in the loss of many lives and damage to the land and the seas of Asia. We are determined to oppose strongly any war caused by disputes in the South China Sea.

為了不會給後世留下羞愧的歷史，針對有關南海的問題我們真誠的要求各位閣下能夠傾聽以下的意見。

我們非常關注圍繞中國在南海岩礁上的填海造地之舉所引發的國際間的緊張局勢。針對有關的國際問題紛爭，我們認為應用和平方式來解決。
若因南海糾紛而發生了戰爭，則會令大多數的人因戰爭而喪失生命，同時亞洲的土地及海洋也會遭受重創。因此我們強烈地，強烈地反對把南海問題作為理由的戰爭。
