Strongly recommended U.S. government and parliament, US Trade Delegation, for China structural reform, should emphasize opening International Internet, freedom internet, stop blocking International Internet in China. That is very important of China structural reform. Recommended in the next trade negotiation between China and USA, should order China government to stop to block International Internet, and open International Internet. Verify China whether open International Internet and stop blocking International Internet or not, the verification is very easily and feasible!

Recommended add a new term of opening International Internet in China structural reform: China government should allow private capital and foreign enterprises to engage Internet access service incondicional. Should allow and guarantee private capital or foreign enterprises' Internet service providers (ISP), to build and use own and independent communication line to connect foreign International Internet. Should guarantee network users on private capital or foreign enterprises' Internet service providers, can visit whole International Internet, it means: visit all foreign websites and internet services unimpeded. Should prohibit to use administrative measures to order private capital or foreign enterprises' Internet service providers, or use network technology means, to prevent network user to visit any foreign websites or internet services.

In China, When will open International Internet and be stopped to block International Internet. China people, foreigner in China, foreign enterprises in China, and other China enterprises, can contact and communicate with foreign unimpeded, unlimited and freedom. Will be advantageous for foreign enterprises in China and other China enterprises' business communication and contact to foreign easily. It will be advantageous for China to assimilate into the world. It will be advantageous for China people to communicate with foreign country people. If achieved, in China, can visit all foreign websites and internet services unimpeded, unlimited and easily, such as: Google, Gmail, Youtube, Hangout, Google Play, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Twitter, Line, Telegram, Wikipedia etc.

For China structural reform, and trade negotiation between USA and China, should emphasize comprehensive structural reform for China. Every term in China structural reform all are important!
